• Parking:  Reserved 1 covered parking under the condo, space #23. Garage door is manual and needs to be lifted up by hand. Additional outside parking is available on a first come first serve basis but you must obtain a parking permit from the HOA office (building E) during normal business hours.​

• Printer:  We provide printing paper and cartridge. Paper is in the living room closet If you are planning to do lots of printing, please bring extra black & color cartridges:​

• Laundry: – located one floor above our unit (above the kitchen). Stairs are in front out main door

​COMMUNITY AMENITIES

• Complex name - Mammoth Ski and Raquet Club Condominiums​

• Basketball / Tennis courts - are available during Spring and Summer seasons​

• Pool - Heated pool available during the summer.  The pool gate is always unlocked, but  sometimes door gets stuck and needs to be slightly pushed​

• Spa - Heated Jacuzzi & Sauna all year round​

• Laundry - Coin Laundry located on the 2nd floor, right above our unit​

• Recreational room – Located in building E has a hot tub, sauna, pool table, soda machine & TV  ​

• BBQ -  Propane BBQ Grill is located outside the Recreational room or sometimes it is inside the pool area​

• Parking - Additional outside parking is available on a first come first serve basis but you must obtain a parking permit from the HOA office (building E) during normal business hours.​

• Swimming Pool area: Swimming pool door/gate is unlocked during summer. Sometimes door gets stuck and needs to be slightly pushed

TROUBLESHOOTING:​

• Power Breaker Box - located in the master bedroom behind the door​

• Stove / Oven – if stove is not working or not  responding: Turn Off the breaker and Turn Back On. Breaker box is located in the in the Master bedroom, behind the door​

• Master Bathroom Tub Shower – Need to pull handle to turn on.
