Kitchen & Dining
Our kitchen is fully stocked & equipped with a Keurig, kettle, toaster, and more to make you feel right at home. We provide complimentary coffee pods. The dining table has seating for 6 and an additional 4 bar stools can be found at the counter.
Living Area
The living room is comfortably furnished with Sofa, Loveseat, fireplace & Smart TV (great for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon etc). From the living room, step outside the large balcony and enjoy your morning coffee in the crisp mountain air and the view of the Mammoth Mountain!
Two Bedrooms
Our condo can accommodate up to 4 adults & 2 kids.
Bedroom 1 - has King size bed.
Bedroom 2 - has a Queen bed & Twin/Twin bunk bed, great for kids!
Two Full Bathrooms
This condo has 2 full bathrooms. One has a tub and another one with a stand-up shower.

Parking:
One Reserved 6'9'' high indoor parking spot. Additional outside parking is available on a first come basis for 1 more vehicle (total up to two vehicles). You must get a parking permit for all your vehicles from the HOA office in building E during normal business hours (9am-5pm) - this is a requirement.
Winter Vacationers:
The driveway heading up to the condo is steep. Even though HOA does a very good job removing snow, during severe storm, snow tires, tire chains or 4 wheel drives are recommended.
Also, please research the road conditions (HWY 395) on the CalTrans website.
Things to note:

There is no A/C in this unit!
