Mammoth Lakes is great for year round activities from ice fishing in the winter or mountain biking in the summer. There's even a ski back trail to the condo and the Village! During the summer, the trail is a great mountain for biking! Mammoth Bike Park offers 80+ miles of world-class single-track for all types of riders.

Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club complex has numerous amenities for guests to use during their stay. Hot tub, sauna, rec room with pool table, soda machine and BBQ grill are open all year round. The tennis court & pool are open during the summer only.

The dining table has seating for 6 and an additional 4 bar stools can be found at the counter.

The living room is comfortably furnished with Leather Sofa, Loveseat, fireplace & Smart TV (great for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon etc).
From the living room, step outside the large balcony and enjoy your morning coffee in the crisp mountain air and the view of the Mammoth Mountain!

Our condo can accommodate up to 6 adults & 2 kids. Bedroom 1 - has King size bed.
Bedroom 2 - has a Queen bed & Twin/Twin bunk bed, great for kids!
